Setting the scan area using the Scan Area dialog box

Another way to set the scan area is to click on the Scan Area button, and use the Scan Area & Offset dialog box:

• Set the number of fields by clicking on one of the ScanArea field size buttons.

• Center the drawing on the field chart by clicking the Re-Center button.

• Define your own rectangle by typing numbers into the X, Y, Width and Height boxes, and/or using the up and down arrow buttons next to them.
